Meet the founder

Christian Rodgers,

Christian Rodgers, physical therapist and founder of CHROME

Doctor of Physical Therapy · Certified Personal Trainer

I know how frustrating it feels when your body holds you back. At 12, a UCL injury ended my time as a baseball pitcher. More injuries followed in high-school soccer. Those experiences drew me toward rehabilitation and the question of how to return with greater capacity.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I lost over 40 pounds through changes to training, nutrition, and daily habits. Later, running my first marathon gave me a new way to challenge myself. I still train for strength and endurance, so I understand what it means to care about the next goal.

I founded CHROME to connect rehabilitation with performance and lasting health. My approach combines evidence-informed care, practical training, and a plan that makes sense for your life.

Before you book

Know what
comes next.

Should I book an evaluation or request a free call?

If you are ready to be assessed, book an evaluation. If you have questions about the right service, location, or support, request a free discovery call first. The call is a conversation about fit; the evaluation is where clinical assessment takes place.

Do I need to stop training while I work through pain?

Your symptoms, goals, and assessment guide that decision. We look for useful ways to adjust training and build capacity. Some activities may need to be modified or paused while you work through a setback.

What happens after my first visit?

We review the findings and discuss practical next steps. That may include training changes, exercises, follow-up PT, coaching, or a referral when another type of care is appropriate.

Do I have to be a competitive athlete?

No. CHROME works with active people who care about moving well and making progress. Your goal might be returning to recreational sport, training consistently, building strength, or preparing for an event.

Where do in-person appointments take place?

CHROME serves the Scottsdale and Phoenix area. Confirm the location and facility access requirements before booking. Follow-up sessions at TG The Gym are available to TG members. A free discovery call can help you confirm which option fits.

Can I work with CHROME remotely?

Virtual PT and remote programming may be options. Clinical care availability depends on your location and needs. Tell Christian where you are based when you request a call, so availability can be confirmed before booking.

What should I bring to my evaluation?

Wear clothing you can move in. Have your training goals and current routine in mind, and complete any Practice Better intake forms provided before your visit. Confirm the appointment location and any facility access requirements in advance.
