CHROME stands for Conquer Health, Rehabilitation, Optimization, Movement, and Excellence. These five stages guide the work as your goals and training change.
Understand your goals, training, and starting point.
Address the barriers that are limiting you now.
Develop strength, capacity, and confidence.
Prepare for the demands of your sport and life.
Keep adapting so progress lasts.
The approach
We discuss your goals, training history, symptoms, and the movements that matter to you.
Your plan fits your life and gives you a clear way to progress, with changes when the evidence from your training calls for them.
Revisit the demands of your sport or activity as you build tolerance, strength, and skill.
Meet the founder

I know how frustrating it feels to be sidelined. Injuries as a young athlete first drew me to rehabilitation; later, losing more than 40 pounds through training, nutrition, and consistent habits changed how I thought about lasting progress.
I founded CHROME to bring those experiences together with my work as a physical therapist and certified personal trainer. I want active people to have a place where recovery is connected to strength, performance, and the life they want to keep building.
Conquer health. Optimize performance. Live exceptionally.

Before you book
That depends on your symptoms, goals, and what you can tolerate. The evaluation is designed to identify useful adjustments and a starting point; it is not a promise that every activity will be appropriate right away.
We review what we found and discuss next steps. That might include training changes, exercises, follow-up PT, or a referral when another type of care is appropriate.
Virtual evaluations and performance coaching are available. The right option depends on your location and needs; the booking page shows current availability.
It is still in development. The $49.99 guide will only be offered for purchase here once its clinical review, checkout, and delivery are ready.
